Meet my daily commute, even more fun in the dark: "A bike lane exists most of the way northbound, but the southbound route combines sidewalks with stretches of spine-rattling pavement for bicyclists on East Marginal Way South. In spots, standing water, a faded bike-lane stripe and train tracks pose .tests of skill". They failed to mention the 1' deep drainage grate-death-traps that appear every 100 feet, within the southbound "bike lane".
